If you are reading my other blogs you would see that I have specific approach in many blogs.
When I speak of something I often start from one thing. Needs. Why are needs so important?
In human relations needs have central role. If somebody has need and you know how to satisfy it you will be always favored guest, always loved. If somebody is hungry and only you can feed him, that person will be your friend forever because he gets something he cannot get anywhere else.
You are skilled at human relations if you know how to manipulate other’s needs. What are our needs? First of all physiologic needs (need for food, sleeping), need for satisfying needs of our own children, need for sex, need to be loved and others. Those are natural, primal needs. Most of these needs are more or less satisfied. But one need that greatest of all. This need is telling us what we should do. This is need of ego. Ego has central place in our behavior.
Need of ego is need to be recognized, to be valuable.
